AKD adheres to all applicable regulations concerning the confidentiality and protection of personal date of site users and only collects users’ personal data which may be collected and processes under the regulations concerning the digital identity card.

Applicable law

The interpretation, application and effects of all permissions, exclusions and terms and conditions of using the http://www.eid.hr website shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia and Croatian courts (specifically, the relevant court in Zagreb) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arisen from or in connection with the use of this website. In case of any dispute intended to be resolved by you or us (each: a “Party”, and jointly: the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably. Such informal negotiations shall be initiated by a written notice given by a Party to the other Party.

If such dispute is not resolved amicably, you agree to the jurisdiction of the relevant court in Zagreb in case the matter is brought before a court of law.

These Terms and Conditions of Use enter into effect on 2nd August 2021 and shall remain in effect pending  a notice of modification is given.
